Arrive & settle in Afternoon arrival, welcome session, movement assessment and group dinner.

Full training day Morning strength session, midday guided walk, afternoon mobility work, evening meal together.

Final session & depart Morning movement session, breakfast, programme debrief and departure by midday.

Daily Structure
Mornings
Training session Strength, mobility or conditioning work. Structured, progressive and coached throughout.
Afternoons
Recovery and exploration Sea swimming, long walks or rest. Guided stretching available each afternoon.
Evenings
Yoga and dinner Sunset yoga, followed by dinner together. Time to reflect, rest and connect.
